  • Although this class is not a beginner class, it’s a great place to start! Designed for all fitness levels this low-impact workout will help you build a strong Pilates foundation. With strength-focused exercises you will work to condition your muscles for everyday use, allowing you to feel your absolute best. Don’t think it will be easy, this class will challenge you to control your breath, body, and mind.

  • Full of fun and high energy, this class utilizes the Jump Board for the cardio-push you’ll love! With a focus on heart-pumping movement and contemporary exercises to get you MOVING! Get ready to work hard, get sweaty and feel the BURN BABY! This class is only on the schedule a couple times a week, so book it while you can!

Be prepared for class!

SHOW UP EARLY——Please show up about 5-10min prior to the start of class. This will allow your instructor to show you around, introduce the reformer & get to know you!

WHAT TO WEAR ——Wear what feels most comfortable to you, however, we recommend form-fitting athletic wear to help avoid loose clothing from falling or getting snagged. Grip socks are highly encouraged for hygiene & safety, if you don’t own any we have some in the studio available for purchase.

WHAT TO BRING ——This is an athletic fitness class, so be prepared to get sweaty! Make sure to bring sufficient water & a hair-tie to pull your hair back!
